i would appreciate.
i went in today cycle day 3 for blood/sono/clomid script. anyway they did the sono and my left ovary has little cysts all over it. what does this mean? the PA asked me if i was ever told i had cystic ovaries i said how the hell would i know i dont have sonograms every day...please dont tell me this is pcos

forget what i just wrote. i got the go ahead to start the clomid on sunday. im scared as hell! i go back on the 22nd for blood and sono.

I would wait until you get your bloodwork back before panicing. What you describe could be a sign of PCOS, but not necessarily.
Are you ovulating regularly?

i thought i was i only found out i wasnt ovulating this past month. prior to this i have always had regular 31 day cycles with a few occasions of spotting mid cycle. for july and august my peroids have been 38 days long, and this past month my follicle grew to 15.5 mm before disappearing. i did not have a sono day 3 last cycle so i dont know if i had these cysts there before. what if i take the clomid, does it make all these cysts huge?

Cysts can come and go all the time. I've had sonos where my ovaries are totally covered with them (swiss cheese) and then the next sono three days later they'll be gone. I wouldn't worry. The Clomid won't make the cysts grow, just follies.
