forgot how- how do I get to the triborough bridge from cross island?
TO get to columbia presbyterian hospital i take the triborough howver i am having a brain freeze, how do i get to the bridge from the island? TIA!

You can take the Cross Island to the Northern State (NS might be called Grand Central over there). Take Northern State/Grand Central West to the triborough.

Yep, you pass LaGuardia on the right, and then just keep going until exit 1... the Grand Central just empties into the Triborough.
