Former 'Baywatch' Beauty Launches New Career as Ice Cream Truck Driver
The tides are changing for Baywatch alum Nicole Eggert. The 42-year-old star has traded her iconic red bathing suit for an ice cream scoop.
Nicole first showed off her shiny new aqua-colored "Ice Cream Shoppe on Wheels" two weeks ago with an enthusiastic Twitter post.
On the company's website, Nicole describes her new venture as a "Family run business bringing a fun, unique, and innovative twist to the ice cream man." (The most obvious twist being that this ice cream man is actually a pretty former TV star.)
And Eggert is taking her business seriously. Since the truck's launch, the mother of two has been hard at work, tweeting updates about her location, driving the truck, and, of course, passing out the goodies. In other words, unlike Baywatch or Charles in Charge, this is a one-woman show.
Though it's no doubt a lot of responsibility, Eggert seems to be rising to the occasion. Opting for comfort over glamour (or, say, a bright red bathing suit), she wore a printed blouse, cutoff jean shorts, and sneakers as she made her way around Los Angeles over the weekend and interacted with her customers. A slick ponytail and glasses completed her work ensemble.
So, what's on the menu? Everything from old-fashioned root beer floats and ice cream cake to simple ice cream scoops and popsicles — and from the photos we've seen so far, these cold treats all look downright delicious.
Only time will tell whether this new adventure pays off, but so far it seems like Scoops Ice Cream Truck is really hitting the sweet spot. Regardless of how it all shakes out, however, you have to be impressed that Summer Quinn can handle a truck.

No she didnt. She gained alot of weight, I think she had said it was due to her being a single mom (divorced). She was on one of those weight loss shows a few years ago and also that celebrity diving show Splash. She just looks like a regular woman now, who put on a lot of weight since having her kids and just plain old age.

I think she got work done. She looks Unrecognizable even from just last year. Her cheek looks so much bigger even though she has gained a ton of weight. I wish her well. I think it's sad. :(

Im sorry this girl was stunning. This is not just oo she gained some weight had kids and aged.
She aged badly. She looks terrible. This girl was like a model. Agree with above poster! She hit the wall at full speed!
I never in a million years would have recognized her.

She looks healthy to you??? She looks like a total slop house and is covered in bruises on top of that. She looks like a wreck. The last thing I would describe her as is "healthy looking".
ETA - And she looks YEARS past her age.

She needs to get lipo and a face lift pronto. After all, driving an ice cream truck is glamorous work. 
I say good for her. Who cares how she's aging? IMO better to age the way you're supposed to instead of doing desperate things to stay in the spotlight. I'd rather read about something like this than Kim K any day.
And for all we know she has some kind of illness that causes her to bruise easily. Or maybe she's in a bad domestic situation and this will help her get out. But she looks like crap compared to when she was 25, so let's focus on that.

i'm going to defend the bruising and guess it's learning the ins and outs of the new truck and the physical work.
i'm 41.5 and i think she looks older than 42... but i don't think she looks bad for an average woman. maybe her divorce took a serious toll on her.
