Former Fleet Bank Customers...now BOA
Do you like the new online banking site?
I personally HATE it. So much so that I'm thinking of switching out of Bank of America and going to a new bank.
It's always down and it's not very user friendly IMO.
Just wondering what everyone else thinks....

My best friend had fleet switched to BOA and had a huge problem with their online banking. she just switched to Washington Mutual (my new employer  ) and is very happy

OMG...I was just thinking this today. I hate the new site. I emailed customer service....but no response. I have a HELOC and I can't see the account details...only the summary...I know what the balance is...I want to see if the check I wrote was cashed...I want to see if the additional payment I made was posted. I thought it was just me being picky...the old site was soooo much better.

Nope - not just you!!
It's totally annoying me and DH as well. I also sent them an email with no response.
