Formula Feeding moms who use powdered formula
Do you boil the water to mix the formula? If so, do you use a kettle and let the water cool in the kettle or do you pour the water into something like a pitcher?
The directions on the Enfamil container say to use warm water but I know if you use warm water from the faucet it tends to have more sediment in it so I don't know how to warm the water any other way other than boiling it and it takes so long to cool down before I can mix up the formula.
Any suggestions?

what I do is initially boil the water then leave on stove and warm up next time I Need to make a bottle...and now with the warmer weather and my son being a bit older, I even make them room temperature sometimes

I boil a pot of water every morning and then let it cool and place it in a drinking pitcher and leave it out on my counter next to the formula. He is fine with room temperature water, but we also have the avent warmer that I used to use with pumped breastmilk if I needed to warm them.
