Fossil Customer Service - YOU SUCK!!
UGH
I got DH two things from Fossil and the order just came - only one of the things was sent.
Everytime you press "2" for customer service - you get a busy signal. So I press "1" and the woman gives me a different # for Cust Service because she cannot help me
She gives me a local number - a local Texas number.
So - this # rings and after 10 minutes of sitting on hold - I decide I don't want to pay to listen to dead air in Texas anymore!
Vent over! Carry on!!

Oh and to add insult to injury - DH just unwrapped his sunglasses - I got him nice polarized lens - well - it says friggin polarized across the top of the lens - not on a sticker - but printed on the actual lens!! Dumbazzes!!!
