Found a great short video on how to truss a turkey!
Being that I've never cooked a turkey before, I've been on the Food Network website trying to see how others do it.

Yay! Alton Brown! That is the EXACT method I use for both turkey and chicken! I used to use a different method - but his is WAY better!
