Found a local Greek restaurant that uses...
pasteurized feta cheese! I was so excited because I was totally craving a Greek salad. It's just not the same without the feta cheese. The name of the restaurant is Santorini and it's on Merrick Avenue in Merrick. I think the restaurant has been there for a long time. I triple checked with the people who work there just to make sure because I am neurotic as usual  . So if anyone's craving a Greek salad, etc. good place to go.
