Re: "Four" In Melville

I was there Tuesday for a school luncheon. The food was great, but the service was very slow!! I don't know if they aren't used to large crowds (we were 16) but it was over an hour before our appetizers even came out.

ETA: I would definitely go back, but maybe with just a small group. And lunch came to $37pp, so bring lots of $$!

It's very "mod" inside. Lots of bright colors and modern-shaped furniture. Their lobby is just gorgeous!

Re: "Four" In Melville

We went there last Sat. night as a date night with DH. It is very modern inside and we absolutely loved it but the service could have been faster...

It is pricey.. but if you can get one of the martini's-- I had the candy shop and it was fantastic-- It tasted like candy and then they put pop rocks in it and used a sour apple lollipop to look like an olive...

We will definately go back there in a heartbeat...

It is definately a hip place for Long island..

forgot one thing-- when you get the check they a glob of cotton candy to the table ( never seen that before)

DH's friend from college owns it...so I guess I'm a little biased, but I've been there 4 times and the foods been good...can't say much about the service, I guess they knew we were friends of the owner and went out of their way.
