My husband is a contractor and he isn't a big fan...he won't even let me talk about getting one someday...he claims that he has seen too many that leak after a few years.

The house we bought had a sunroom already, it was added on sometime in the 80's its the green house style one, they are really nice to have but they get really hot in the sun (ours can heat up our house all winter) but in the summer its hard to go in there. there are some leaks but they were minor and we sealed them up but there is a lot of condensation. I think it depend on what kind of room you get.

I know of another company that does them, is reputable and a LOT cheaper.
