Foxwoods or Atlantic City?
we are going for a few days of vaca in October...
we were thinking of AC, but Olivia is havign a concert at Foxwoods, so maybe we should go there?
which one do you recomend?

ive been there once before i was 21.... but i liked it even then
ive never been to AC, but i dont feel like im missing anything.
at least foxwoods, everythign is right there

I think that at that time of year, Foxwoods may be nicer. The leaves will be changing, and it will be nice and cool. You can always take a ride down to Mystic, etc. Or take a drive over to Mohegan Sun, which is only like 20 minutes from Foxwoods.
I personally think that Mohegan Sun has better restaurants so you might want to hit that for dinner.............

I like Foxwoods because my dad and I tend to win there  Everytime I go, I see a lot of people winning and one time I won $1500 between 2 slot machines. LOVE Foxwoods!

If you are a real gambler...go to AC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Foxwoods...you have 1 casino and you're stuck there. If you're losing, you have nowhere to go. In AC, the gambling world is your oyster! WHenever I'm tanking in a casino, I always move on to somewhere else.
PLUS....AC has become like a second Las Vegas. They have a new High End mall on the boardwalk, the casinos (Tropicanca, Trump, Caesar's) have been remodeled. It's such an awesome place.
OK...now you've started my itch! I wanna go to AC myself!!

I was there this past weekend. It is opened. The 'new' AC blew me away. When we turned on atlantic ave and saw all of those new stores, i was wondering where all the nudie joints went. Have no worries, we drove another 5 minutes and they were there. But the new shops, restaurants, and then of course they redid some of the shops actually on the boardwalk and the mall. I was very impressed!

Going Thursday to Showboat, we get free rooms, and free buffets...
We like to walk to boardwalk and try our luck in the different casino's...
DH likes the drive better,too, he says there are less trucks .

it really depends. i thin kfoxwoods is a safer area and more lively. But ac has soo many casinos.
I would do Foxwoods. If you want the name of a beautiful hotel that takes u back and forth via limo to foxwoods, fm me. they usually have great rates.
