Free Concerts at Jones Beach..
A bunch of us girls went to the beach last night to see the Bon Jovi Tribute band Bad Medicine. It was so much fun and free. The beach was beautiful! Any else ever do that? There is a Van Halen tribute next Friday. Rock N Roll

We went also. It was a beautiful night out. The band was good but I have to say the "fans" cracked me up. Some of them acted as if it was really Bon Jovi up there. Crowding the stage, jumping up and down, taking pictures. I turned to DH and said "they do know this is just a tribute band, right".
ETA: We would go next week but we have a wedding that night.

We were there to last night!!
Could not BELIEVE how some people behaved It's only a cover band for petes sake!

They were screaming but my friends daughter went up after for an autograph pic TOO funny! But yes the weather was beautiful and as long as you sung over him it was a lot of fun. Beach was beautiful!

I don't know what is scarier, people acting like they are the real performers or people who own acid wash jeans and go to show thinking it's still the 80s

I was there with friends too My butt & back were killing me from sitting in the bleachers. The sound wasn't great, they were having technical difficulties, but we had a good time and walked the boardwalk.

I thought you were going to say you hung out on the boardwalk and listened to the concert at the amphitheatre. We used to do that in HS when we didn't have the money to see all the shows we were interested in.
