Everytime I saw it advertised (like in am new york), locations weren't listed. All it said was free tall iced coffee or iced cafe con leche. And of course, I can't find anything on their website.

I actually saw this ad in last weeks Time Out NY - where are you seeing it now?
I ripped the ad out and brought it to the Starbucks in Penn Station (8th ave side) and they gave it to me :)

I got mine on the way home and it was 2 minutes before 3 pm and I was happy to get it and the lights flickered in the stonybrook than when i left they went back on...scary
