Free movies in Central Park this week!
Mayor Bloomberg is sponsoring free movies in Central Park this week. My friend went to see Almost Famous last night and said it was a great time. They had free popcorn, including chocolate popcorn!
DH and I are going to see Muppets Take Manhattan on Friday night.

we're going friday night too! we went a few years ago too but i can't remember now, are there seats? or do we need to bring a blanket and stuff?

my friend told me that some people brought blankets, but that there were bleachers and chairs set up. I'm going to see her tonight, so i'll get more details. I don't think we actually have a blanket that's good to bring to the park!

If anyone is going to go, let me know! DH and I will definitely be there on Friday.
My friend said that we should bring dinner with us and get there around 6:30, before it gets too crowded. They don't allow any glass bottles in, so don't bring them. I think I'm going to pack sandwiches for us.
