thanks for posting (I am not signed up to get emails from them - maybe I should)
it does have an error when i try to get details - what songs are on it? that's always my problem - I'm too picky with the songs they choose for the workouts

It's all songs from the All American Rejects. I don't know the names. For 20 minutes I can listen to anything. I need to incorporate more speedwork into my runs after the half.
