Freezing bananas?
Can I freeze very ripe bananas (lots of brown spots) to use for banana recipes? I have like 4, but am not in the mood to bake. I don't want them to rot.

Yes...just peel the skin and wrap in plastic wrap.

I actually freeze them in the skin and then just defrost them for a bit before using them.
