Freezing stuffed peppers
I made stuffed peppers on Sunday and still haven't eaten them. Can I freeze them now? The stuffing is cooked but the peppers are raw. I didn't bake them yet. Should I bake then freeze or just freeze? TIA!

Freezing stuffed peppers
I say yes to freezing them still, I would. You can frezze the meat and buy fresh peppers when ready or I would par cook the stuffed peppers then freeze. Sounds yummy

I would just freeze the meat and buy new fresh peppers when you are ready to eat them.
