Does anyone have a recipe for home made whip cream?

I usually whip heavy whipping cream and add confectioners sugar to taste

depends upon your taste.... it's sort of like adding salt to food, everyone is different.
Generally, if I'm whipping a pint of cream, I use a tablespoon to 2 of regular granulated sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla. confectioners sugar is much more fluffy, so you need to use more... maybe 2-3T? not sure.... it's easy enough to stir the sugar into the cream before whipping, and taste it for sweetness... then whip

I chill a stainless bowl in the fridge first. Make sure your cream is chilled as well..
I use the handmixer and chill the beaters..
I add, cocoa powder or vanilla and confectioners sugar as I'm beating it up.
Nothing like fresh whipped cream.

i do this as well - and i use regular sugar and heavy whipping cream. HTH!

Yup this is how i make it .
but also but the stainless steel bowl in the freezer for a few minutes and then mix the ingredients together and it will come out perfectly
