Friendly Figure - Just add skim Milk Shake
So I just got home from food shopping and I saw this in the frozen section in vanilla. It's beads of low fat ice cream that you add skim milk to and shake it up for about 30 seconds.
It's 2 ww points, so as a grown up kid who loves milk shakes I had to try it. I got home and literally ripped through the bags looking for it.
It was DELISH!! And SUPER filling! I HIGHLY recommend!!! I personally don't like the shake mixes they sell at the meetings, but this was YUMMMM

Someone recommended these at my ww meeting over the summer. There are VERY good but too expensive for my pockets. I plan to wait to buy them again in the summer when I can really appreciate them.....

sounds really good. thanks. if i see it at the supermarket, i'm gonna buy and try it. often at night i have a little sweet tooth, this sounds great.
