Frontier Airlines Feedback?

Thinking of booking a trip to Miami w/ them - they're cheapest right now. Any feedback? Never flown with them. Not looking for anything crazy just a safe clean flight.

I have flown them and had no issues. They are a co-share with American. The planes were clean and newer.

They are more regional to the West Coast but I did fly them into Miami as well.

I've flown them once or twice with no major issue - they purchased Midwest Express which was awesome so they weren't as great but, not bad.

You couldn't pay me a million dollars to ever fly them again. If it's just you it may be worth the risk but if it's you and others do not. They cancelled flight which is understandable but then tried to tell me I could put my toddler on x flight and me on y flight. This happened on a mon and they couldn't get me home till the following week. I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get home and they took 2 weeks to refund my ticket. Google and you will find many nightmare stories.

I've flown on them from Seattle to Anchorage and back and were very pleased. It was much nicer than I expected.

flew them a few years ago. no issues. planes are cute with animals on them.

I think they are very hit and miss. I flew them from Trenton NJ to Cleveland OHio. Its very no frills flying and you are charged for everything outside of what your airline ticket cost. I think its how most airlines operate these days anyway.

Our experience was very good. I can't complain as it was a short flight. I think we were delayed coming home for about 45 min to an hour. nothing terrible.


My SIL used them in the winter to fly from Trenton back home to Ohio almost 2 yrs ago. and there was weather delays. They only fly thur - sunday I believe and cancelled her flight after making her wait all day. She had to pay to get another flight out of a larger airport. I think she took a cab to Newark or something. They only gave her a credit/voucher for another day of travel.

So Im sure you will find very mixed reviews.

two of my neighbors have used them tons of times and raves about them. Thats how we first learned about them.
