Frozen Turkey Package.....how long can it stay?

I found a frozen package of turkey in my freezer. It says usse and freeze by March 26th

since its been frozen this entire time, once I thaw it, is it OK to cook?

Has anyone had frozen meat/poultry that old and then made it and ate it??

Thanks....... I just dont know if I have to chuck it or since its been frozen, it should be OK????.

i think if you freeze meat its actually good for quite a few months.

I think it should be fine. I read somewhere recently that groung beef, chicken and turkey can last over 6 months in the freezer.
