I do frozen. My mom used to say that the canned ones seem to have sugar in them, although I've never actually looked.

Frozen is the next best thing for sure. Canned has all sorts of preservatives and lots of salt.

I always use frozen, I think they are just as good as fresh.
Canned are very high in sodium.

I agree - I don't think frozen isn't bad at all. I try and steam most of Em's veggies (using those frozen bags in the microwave).

I prefer frozen bc I hate mushy veggies.

Frozen. Frozen is even better than fresh when the fresh vegetable is not in season because so many of the nutrients are lost in the time it takes the veggie to get from the farm to being actually bought and cooked. Frozen vegetables are flash-frozen when harvested which retains most to all of their nutrients.

Def frozen, except for me, corn. I have to have canned corn, I hate frozen corn.
Fresh native corn is my fav but i have to wait for that one.

Frozen is better than canned, but any vegetable is better than no vegetable at all.

Frozen...frozen peas are actually better than fresh peas. Apparently they start to lose all their natural sugars about an hour after they are picked. So always go with frozen!!
