Fruit Salad question

I'm making a fruit salad 1 day in advance for a party. What fruits will keep fresh and not get soggy or turn brown when cut?

Usually apples will brown, and sometimes bananas. You can keep them from browning by adding some fresh squeezed orange juice and mixing over the rest of the fruit. The same way that lime juice keeps avocado from browning in guacamole, the acid in the OJ should keep the apples white.

That or you can add the apples and bananas that morning.
