Fruit Smoothies
Does anyone know how many WW points ones are
Like strawberry pinapple Bananna
if you make it yourself with ice?

Do you do WW online? If so, you can go to their recipe builder section, put in the ingredients and how much of each along with how many servings it makes and it will calculate it for you. If you don't have WW online, you can send me the ingredients and I'll do it for you.

I make a Strawberry Banana smoothie for 3 points.
1 and 1/2 cups frozen (or fresh) strawberries
1 Banana
1/2 cup water
Approx 4-5 ice cubes
Just so you know--the banana taste will be strong which like. You can only use half the banana and then it's only 2 points!
