frustrated!
my insurance had changed since the last time I was at the office. gave the girls my new card & they made a copy. lab work was sent to the wrong lab anyway with my old insurance info- got quite a bill in the mail. ugh!

You can definitely try to fight it and get the office to cover it. Tough one but it doesn't hurt to try since they made the error.

I am trying to fight it- believe me. Just not having a great experience with this office & it concerns me bc we're paying oop for ivf. the woman in charge of ivf med donations doesn't return my calls. if they weren't so convenient in terms of location for monitoring I would be out of there!
