Fun things to do on Saturday?
I am bored out of my mind waiting for this baby to arrive. Saturday is supposed to be nice, around 70. So I would like to get out of the house and do something fun, but local. Any recommendations????

walk in a park and grab some cool rocks, leaves for decorations.. check out some fairs that might be going on in your area... go to an open garden .... maybe a drive to a really nice neighborhood and grab lunch where you can sit outside....

Great suggestions, any specifics on WHERE to go? We went apple picking last month, but I do need some pumpkins. Would love to go to a fall festival - anyone know where there are some this weekend?

How about a day down in Port jeff or take a ferry ride over to foxwoods or mohegan sun.

Hmmm, being I am due any day getting on a ferry and going to CT isn't a good idea. I need to be within driving distance to my hospital.

This weekend the Bronx Zoo is having a big halloween thing.. My brother and SIL did it last year said it was pretty good! I may take the kids.BRONX ZOO HALLOWEEN WEEKEND
