Furniture: WWYD?

I ordered two leather chairs from a furniture store. One of the chairs had a slight imperfection. It wasnt that big of a deal, but for the amount of money I spent on it, I expect a perfect product.

So they reschedule a new delivery this past saturday, and give me a 3 hour time window. Three hours go by, and no new chair. I call customer service and they told me that they were running 1.5 hours late and that they forgot to call. I was so ****** bc I had to be somewhere and could not wait any longer.

So today, they bring another chair, and what do you know, but this one looks worse than the first one!! The welting on the chair is like a totally different color, and is soo noticeable! Chat Icon It really looks like they just took it off the showroom floor and gave it to me!

So now they have to redeliver the chair again! Would you ask for a refund of your delivery charges at this point?

i would start by attempting to negotiate down the price of the chairs given the situation. if they aren't willing to compensate you somehow, then i would be tempted to say "eff it" and return both.
