Fustrating (fellow student)!!

So some major stuff went down with a fellow student this week. She pretty much went MIA for 2 weeks without any contact at all. Our hand book says if you miss x amount of time you are out. She has not been a model student for the past 2 years & has been on probabtion in the past. I am glad she is alive because we really thought she dead. She showed up today & she basically was overwhelmed with stuff that was going on she shut down. But she will graduate the same as the rest of us with no consequences. Its one set of rules for one & another set for others. I have to let it go as it has irritated the crap outa me. In saying that I am proud to be a student at a hospital that will is known for helping & wanting the best for their employee's & they treat us as such & talked to our college program directors to say they would stand behind her & help her get what she needs to graduate.

it sucks when you put in all the work while others slack & still get the same reward at the end...been there!

I think it's easier to get through school.

Not so much proving yourself when it's time to getting/holding a job, which let's face it, is where it REALLY matters.
