Families need to be actively involved in their child’s education. This is always true. But this is particularly true when your child has developmental problems and you are dealing with Early Intervention, Special Education Preschool and school-age programs. Chris Treiber, LMSW, Director of Advocacy Services for AHRC, will instruct family members in how best to advocate for their child.
