FYI: FOR DH that want the PS3!!!
Gamestop/Funcoland/EBGames are starting PREORDERS TODAY, 10am. $100 to RESERVE your system. Each store is getting less than 10 RESERVES each.
DO NOT take your chances waiting on line at a store in launch date. The reserve GUARANTEES your system and the $100 goes towards purchase price. Plus you can slowly pay it off before launch date.
Also, don't forget your protection plans....Playstation is notorius for having glitches. 20% of ALL new systems have a malfunction.

Not looking foward to this one! FH works nights at Best Buy and has this whole plan on buying them and selling them on Ebay. But if it works and he maked some money I will be happy

as quick as the presale came, it went...
how did he have it presale since dec 05?
price drop is not coming anytime in the near future (2-3 years)
its expensive because its more then a toy (gameing system) it includes the next level of DVD's - Blu-Ray

If anyone has any broken systems - before you throw them away, do a search on ebay. People buy broken systems. I have sold 5 Broken PS2's, and about 10 Broken Playstation 1's already.

We've had DH's PS2 repaired 2x. Once Sony fixed it for free and this time it was like $40 for Sony to fix it.
