FYI: Prenatal Workout Rec

Just an FYI:

I recently purchased Leisa Hart's FitMama Prenatal Workout DVD from Ebay and I really enjoy it.

I don't have a lot of time to workout and get some excerise in but this video is really fun.

There is a 20 minute Salsa Dance Workout and a 20 minute Yoga workout. I really have a good time with the Salsa dance. I haven't gotten to the yoga yet, but I know a bunch of you are looking for a yoga dvd. Plus there is a stretching section which is suppose to help with L&D.

For $4.99 brand new with shipping, you can't beat it!!!
