Re: Gap-Quilted Barn Jacket.
I bought this for my daughter last year. It's not puffy at all. It's a good fall into winter jacket. Definitely not warm enough for a winter coat.

I saw it and love it. It isn't puffy at all and it is fleece lined. I am thinking I might be able to get away with just this jacket for her this year. I tend to layer the kids in clothes anyway.

Thanks! I'm going to get it with my 20% off Winter coats and the car just don't work. I use them for snow playing only. I think this will be perfect.

What size do you think you'll get your DD? I think she & my DD are similar sizes-- my DD is almost 22 pounds. I don't know whether to get her the 12-18 months or the 18-24 months. What are you planning on doing?

DD is 21 lbs and I got her a size 2 years. For some reason the jacket looked a little small and I would like to get away with her wearing it through the winter so layers underneath.

I think I am going with 18-24 months so that I can put sweaters under it. She is a true 12-18 month right now at the Gap so if I got that size I think it would be to snug.

Re: Gap-Quilted Barn Jacket.
DD had it last year and it wasn't puffy but it did seem to run small. It seemed narrow in the sleeves.

Good point! I'll get the 18-24 months too! If our girls are together again during the cooler months, they'll have to both wear them for a pic

Its an email code for 20% off $75 or more. I have no problem dropping $75 at BabyGap. Online only though but I have big ON order that I'll be getting at the same time.
