GAP Sizing - need opinion
DD is almost 22 lbs and almost 30 inches. I want to buy the GAP warmest coat and snow pants.
The 12 - 18 months size says
22 - 27 lbs, 29 -31 inches.
The 18 - 24 month size says
27 - 30 lbs, 31 - 33 inches.
Will the 12 -18 months take me through the winter??

Did you try it on her? If you can't get to a Gap I would probably get the larger one based on those sizes.

Re: GAP Sizing - need opinion
gap runs really big on my ds. I saw the 18-24 in the store the other day and it would be big on him and he will be 2 in 2 wks. Definitely get the 12-18...IMO.
What size does she normally wear in gap stuff? I find DS can wear the 18-24 with lots of room while other brands he is wearing 2T for sure.

I would get the 12-18 months also. otherwise i think the larger size is going to be big, the arms will most likely be way too long and the jacket itself might be very long. she may have a hard time walking in it.

I find gap to run big on DD too. While she is in 12-18mth in other brands she still fits nicely in gap's 6-12mths

Gap clothes are definatley BIG on DD. She is wearing the 12-18 months and fits in them perfectly and she is 20 months old. She is 23lbs and 30inches long...

Gap runs big, you shouldn't have a problem.

Gap runs BIG. DS still can wear his 0-3 gap stuff and he is almost 5 months old. I'd go for the smaller size.
