Well, who has a "teensy-weensy" garage sale anyway?
I have a lot of friends and family setting up their own tables, too, so there will be LOTS of crap to buy. The weather is going to be absolutely perfect, so come on out!

Welcome to the block! It's quiet and lovely. Hate to admit this, but I hardly know any of my neighbors. Unless you have kids, it's hard to meet them unless you're out at your curb all the time.
Come by the garage sale and say hi :)

we actually take possession on Saturday, so if the sale is still ongoing, we'll say hi. Otherwise we are packing fools :)
We have 2 little dogs, which makes it much easier to meet neighbors. We currently live in a 2 famliy with my BIL and SIL. We know a lot of the neighbors (from walks), while they know almost none. It's funny how non-threatening dogs are such ice breakers.
