Gas Relief Drops?
Has anybody used these OTC drops on a newborn?
Did you call your ped first before administering them to your infant?

We used Mylicon when she was just a few days old. I called the ped. just for peace of mind.

Rachel, how did you know your DD had gas? What were the symptoms?

She would pull her legs up to her belly and cry, and I could also feel the bubbles in her little belly when I would press firmly. I tried everything I could, pumping her legs, carrying her in the football hold, laying her on her left side, and when nothing worked, I gave her the Mylicon. I guess it worked, I can't remember now! But you need to be consistent with them.

We tried Mylicon as well and don't believe they did much... They are safe and the DR ok'ed them... Honestly whatever DD had she grew out of by 3 months

I called the Peds office to make sure it was ok to give them to DD. I'm just waiting for them to call me back.
