Gene Wilder died at age 83

Gene Wilder, the star of such comedy classics as "Young Frankenstein" and "Blazing Saddles," has died. He was 83.
Wilder's nephew said Monday that the actor and writer died late Sunday in Stamford, Connecticut from complications from Alzheimer's disease.
...
I've watched a lot of his movies, and loved all of them. He will definitely be missed...

I'm so sad that he died b/c I grew up watching a lot of his movies.
But there's something that bothers me about all the coverage. People keep saying things about Gilda - he'll meet up with her again, etc. However, he was married to another woman for 25 years after Gilda died - and I find all the talk about Gilda disrespectful to the wife that's been by his side for so long.
