Geographic tongue
Anyone have this? I googled and I think I have it. I have to be careful eating certain foods that are acidic, sour, or sweet because they make my tongue so sore! It didn't start until I was pregnant with DD1 and I feel like it has gotten slightly worse since.

I don't have it but I'm in the dental field and it's fairly common. Some people that have it are completely unaware. It's pretty harmless, more of an annoyance.
There are a few other conditions that can have similar symptoms but are more concerning. You should talk to your dentist about your symptoms.
