George foreman grill question..

Thanks to a lovely lady on here, I am going to put my chicken on my foreman grill. Although I have never used it before, do you have to put something on the grill so the chicken wont stick? Should I put some oil on it or is it fine without?? Thanks!

You don't need it, but if you use Pam, I would recommend spraying it on the chicken and not on the grill itself. Sometimes it's hard to get the hardened Pam off the non-stick coating. I don't think you are really supposed to use Pam on that surface either.

LOVE my george!! i also have the one where the plates come off so you can throw them right in the dishwasher...
like somebody else said, you don't need to put anything on before you put the chicken on... you just REALLY have to be careful not to overcook it... it cooks fast because the heat comes from both sides...
hope it was good!!!
