I'm just starting my daughter on them now. She is 8 months. My son started a little younger, he was about 7 months.

My son had issues with gagging and choking, so i only started them around 11 months...

I give Ava organic puffs, so they're a little different shaped. She started at 6.5 months, but I break them up into smaller pieces for fear of choking.

My son justed started on them yesterday - he's 7 1/2 mths. You can break them in half and try it that way at first if you are concerned about the size but they dissolve very quickly.
