get me off this computer and to my homework!
why is it so hard to focus on homework?????
oh, yeah... i remember, it's called being a mom and a gf
after work, i did grocery shopping, ran home to wash and set my hair in rollers, then started dinner, just to stop half-way to pick up SO at the train station, then come back to finish dinner, tend to SO who is feeling under the weather, eat, clean the kitchen, and THEN sit down.
i need a wife

Ha ha ha, I am in the exact same boat as you at this very moment. My homework is due by midnight and here I am on LIF.

And you have to read this (whenever you need another break). I give it to my AP classes every year. It's from 1971, I think...

much more eloquent than i can ever be... but that is EXACTLY what i was thinking!
thank you for sharing that.
now, off to prepare lunches for tomorrow and then back to writing two case briefs for my legal research and writing class... all the while DS is fed, bathed, has clean clothes for tomorrow and SO sleeps away his feeling of being a little under the weather and a little grumpy.
