Check with your doctor before taking anything. Each doctor is different. Mine told me to stay away from Airborne becasue it's so new that there's no way to know what effect it could have on a baby. Most doctors say Tylenol Products are ok.

I was told Tylenol and Sudafed were fine. He also told me to try plain saline nose drops and the breathe right strips.

I was allowed to take Theraflu up to my first 12 weeks..and after that Robitussin, Afrin nose spray, Tylenol. You may want to contact your doctor. I've been sick quite often during this pregnancy...and although they really didn't do much it helped somewhat.

Re: Getting a cold what is safe to take?
I would be careful with Airborne, mainly for the amount of Vitamin A in it. I read somewhere that pregnant women should only have around 5,000 i.u. a day, and I believe that may have more. Other than that, it's probably okay, it's just vitamins.
