Getting rid of the STAR program??
One of my co-workers told me he heard they are getting rid of the STAR program. has anyone heard of this??? I'm relying on that.

I hope not....people rely on that for a tax break. I think alot of people will be furious if they do that.

I think they would get rid of STAR only if the overall taxes situation were different in general.
I think I remember hearing that if they did away with property tax, STAR would go away as well.
