GI and Nutritionistecommendations- and Nutrisionist

DS has been crying in pain from being constipated, took him to ER they took an x-ray and said he is extremely backed up. Dr. Suggested enema, which did nothing, and miralax which still has not worked yet. He is having episodes of crying and extreme pain, and what makes it even harder is that he does not speak yet. (he is 3 years old and Autistic).
Does anyone have any recommendations of a good GI and nutritionist in Nassau county?
Any recommendations will be very appreciated.
