Gift for a co-worker wedding (I know I know. hot topic!)
I was invited to a co-worker wedding (A listed guest )
For several reasons I decided not to go. Essentially, it's about $$$. Babysitter, new dress, wedding gift, etc..
I really like her. But we don't do anything outside of work together.
What is a reasonable gift? I still want to give her something. HOW MUCH is concidered a 'reasonable' gift?
TIA
ETA: she is already living with her fiance and they have a house together.

I don't know if she has any but I could get her a HD GC. She goes there all the time. Or an Amex GC.

If she's registered somewhere, then a gift in the $50 range...if not, then I would give a giftcard to something general like Target or BBB, or a check, for $50.

I would give her a GC. BB&B is always great since she can pretty much find anything for the home there.

I'm assuming you were invited with a guest.
If so, I would send $100. If invuted alone, I would send $50.

I would give a registry gift in the $50-100 range (like maybe something that's normally $100 on sale..macy's is having a great sale), or a $100 gift card.

Either registry or a gift card in the 50-100 range would be perfect. I love the HG idea, esp if you know she goes there.

I had a similar situation with a co-worker, except I was the bride. She gave $100. I thought that was really nice. She was invited with a guest.

I would say either a gift off the registry or money, either way around $50-$75 I think is totally fine.

If you were invited with a guest I'd say $100-150.

Re: Gift for a co-worker wedding (I know I know. hot topic!)
If you want to give a gift I would say anything from 40ish to 100. When I got married, a couple of people sent me gifts that did not go. I thought it was very nice of them. However, I didn't even think it was necessary to send a gift.
