Gift for a work secret santa - kinda
We are having this work gift exchange, where everyone buys a gift between $15 - $20 and you can select the gift the person b4 you opened or another gift (not yet opened). Not sure if anyone is familiar with that game, but anyway, I am at a lose as to what to get.
I work in a school, and the people at the party are my coworkers in the same dept. we consist of guidance, social workers, psychologist and secretaries...all ages....
Any recommendations? They said NO gift cards. What do I get?
Looking for something somewhat unique...

ooh, we used to play that game here. Have you tried looking at Kohls? I always find they have interesting secret santa type gifts in that price range, games, or decor items etc.
One year I did a Starbucks gift card.. but I know you said no gift cards.
One year I did a gift bag with a few different very pretty christmas ornaments
One year I did a gift set, which had some mugs, hot chocolate and some chocolate covered pretzels in it.

i went to a party where we played that game...most people brought a bottle of liquor or wine (dont know if that's acceptable in this case) but i remember there also being a couple of board games.
For the $15-20 range how about a book or DVD?

Is it mostly women? Pier 1 had super cute things. They have kitchen stuff, wine stuff, all Christmas themed. They also have jewelry, little makeup bags, bath stuff like bombs, bubble bath, etc. They are all close to that price range.

i did a clear teapot with a flowering tea set for my secrete santa. They are selling them in food stores for very little i got mine online.
