Gift for camp counselors?

I sent DS to camp at his preschool for their 3 week program. It was basically a college student and some high school kids in the classroom. Probably about 4 of them. Do you think it's necessary to get them a gift of some kind? I was just thinking like a platter of cookies or something for them to share. Any other food ideas that will be relatively inexpensive?

ETA is wasn't like a full on camp, more of a pre k type of setting. Books, art, outside play etc.

I think a $5 gift card to a place like starbucks or red mango would be an awesome thought!! If your son had a good time at camp I know as a former counselor that small gesture goes a long way!

If you want to do something with food maybe a cool cupcake wrapped individually for each of them or a giant cookie from the bakery with a nice note?

My DD is in a similar camp at her preschool. Arts and crafts, games, playground, reading. The school's director, one teacher and two or three high school kids.
I got them $10 dunkin donuts gift cards. They were all so excited to get some iced coffee!

Thanks for the ideas. Would it be lame if I brought in a box of munchkins for the kids and brought the counselors a dozen donuts? Maybe I should also get them each a $5 gift card? problem is I'm honestly not sure how many helpers she has because they kind of float to the other classrooms at times Is t rude to just get the main teacher the gift card (but still get the donuts for everyone). Honest feedback welcome!
