Gifts around $20 for a group, young and old
I have to buy gifts for DH's family. I really want to just get everyone the same gift to keep things simple. They all range in age from 11 to 50-something. I am hoping to spend between $15 and $20 per person, less if possible, so it doesn't need to be a gift card!
I've done chocolates before and DH's uncle makes his own wine so that's out (and wrong for the younger ones anyway  )
Any ideas?

Is this for Christmas or Chanukah? If it's for Christmas, what about ornaments? You can even do personalized ones in that price range.

If any are coffee lovers, dunkin donuts is having a great deal - $20 (+tax) coupon book with 20 coupons - each coupon gets the person a "free" medium coffee. the value of the book is about $40!
if someone bakes put together one of those "recipe in a jar" thingies. you should be able to create a few of these for pretty cheap.

A softcover book that you love
photo frame filled with something meaningful to them - like a pic of their family or a grandmother from some event
