Gifts for 12 year old boys
At work we are doing a sponsored family gift - my team was assigned the 12 year old boy - he gave a couple of specifics like legos, but then it says clothes - what kinds of clothes do 12 year old boys like?
None of us know any boys that age!

Pull over hoodie is popular.
Adidas pants with the stripes down the leg are popular.
Fancy sneakers, like soccer shoes. My son said the weirder the shoe looks the more popular it is.
High socks with shorts.

My son is almost 12 and lives in sweat pants, sweat shirts and his sneaker of choice are ultraboosts. Also some basics like socks are good for boys that age. They also like athletic shorts like lacrosse shorts.

Gifts for 12 year old boys
my son is 9, so not all that far off from 12... hes into "comfy" clothes, like the others said. like gym/ track type pants, and he likes shirts in that "technical" or "Wicking" kind of material... he likes that Champion C9 brand from Target or Nike or Adidas. I think Under Armor is still a big one, too- you can get it on sale at TJ Maxx or stores like that

My 10 year old loves anything Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, etc.
If he likes any specific team you can't go wrong with team t-shirts. Boys wear tshirts any season. My 10 year old wears his tshirts in freezing winter, but it does get warm in the schools.
Usually the big one with boys are anything Steph Curry (but can't guarantee this boy likes him).
Oh, and soccer jerseys are nice too if he's a fan.

Champion brand clothes are really popular for that age group right now. I have friends who have 12 year old boys and they all wear them
