Thanks for suggestions. Unfortunately she is not into dolls. She likes the Legos, but I end up doing them. She loves arts and crafts but we actually still have stuff not opened from last Chrisamas. Lol
She is so difficult. Lol

Sounds like maybe experience gifts would be better for her.
I took my 6 year old to Aladdin on Broadway over the summer and she loved it. Maybe tickets to a show or something along those lines instead of toys?

I am in the same boat. DD doesn't really play with toys. However, she does love shopkins.
She is also obsessed with the YouTube videos where they open and review the surprise toys, so I ordered her a bunch of the surprise toys and blind bags. We are going to get her (depending on price) her own little handheld camcorder to make her own videos.

Gifts for 7 year old girl?
If she is into legos and building, you can try getting her a coding robot. Just do a search on amazon. The kids here are really into it and pushing STEM in a fun way for girls is very important.

Build-A-Bear (you can get a gift card)
Snap Circuits
Legos - Disney Princesses Edition
Anything from The Descendants movie
Pearler Beads (make designs, melt with an iron)
Fun craft supplies like funky cutting scissors, glitter pencils, color changing markers, etc.

If she likes Legos try a snap circuit kit. My kids love them. You can do all sorts of things with them.
Roller blades, ice skates or maybe one of those Yvolution scooters, new bike.
Board games like life, monopoly, clue.
Books if she likes to read. My kids like a science kit we got last year crystal maker and two other items.
What about a membership to a museum, or pass for Adventureland. Tickets to a show, my kids loved Aladdin.

Roller Skates (TRU has some nice ones that aren't junky plastic)
Chocolate Pen
Girl Scout Easy Bake oven
Pie Face game
LED Snow Tube and snow toys
Doll stuff (but I know you said no dolls)
Doh Vinci set (9.99 for a huge set at Costco)
Keva Contraptions set (Keva Planks are awesome too, we have the "Structures" set)
My sister bought her a backyard ice skating rink they sell at Target. You could do that and ice skates! It's $49.99 and near the sleds

Where did you get the Pie Face. I can't find it anywhere that would ship and amazon is expensive

my daughter still loves shopkins (and so does my 4 yo) so we got them a bunch of stuff to share. we also got DD a telescope and an astronomy book to go with it. got some of the journey girl (knock of AG) accessories ...salon chair and jeep, the entire "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" series because she's currently obsessed and loves reading, we also ordered a bunch of classic board games and some newer ones that she didn't have. oh and i just gave her my old Ipod because she was asking for one and the new ones are too much $ IMO and she is just as happy with a used one! I'm going to tell people to get her itunes gift cards. She loves beanie boos too so will get one or two in her stocking :)

Gifts for 7 year old girl?
Last year (age 7) DD got Disney Princess costume, and other assorted Disney stuff I can't even remember, bag for her ice skates together with boot covers to protect them, books, crystal growing kit, and arts & crafts stuff. This year she is getting a rock tumbler, books, and a bunch of dolls. Her birthday is also in December and this year we went much bigger than usual for her birthday. She is getting a trip, an apron, cookbook and cooking classes as Sur la Table.

Gifts for 7 year old girl?
We got DD a Nintendo 3DS with some games. She got the pink Nerf case for the DS. We also got her some video games for the XBox. She loves Lego Friends so we got her a couple of sets of those. I also got her a sports bag from Justice and a soccer outfit from there as well.

Just wanted to say my almost 7 year old DD got the Chocolate Pen for Hanukkah and loves it! It only comes with 4 chocolate sleeves but I think I saw a deluxe set with more of them at BJ's.

I have a 7 year old girl cousin to buy Christmas gifts for and her mom said she was all about Monster High everything. Not only the dolls, but there are journals, arts and crafts kits, etc.
