Ginger dressing
Does anyone have a recipe to make Ginger Salad dressing, the kind that you get at a Japanese restaurant ?

if you go to the foodnetwork.com and go to cooking and type in ginger dressing there are a bunch of recipes that seem to go from easy to more complicated

I don't have a recipe, but I'm eating Ken's ginger and soy dressing right now and it's really good!
